At Varlaxmi Agro Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality coconut products that meet the highest standards of freshness, quality, and hygiene. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective or contaminated.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The packaging is tampered with before delivery.
To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products returned without valid proof of damage or defect.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once the reported issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may be approved for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products supplied
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, customers may choose a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
